Cypress Energy Partners LLC, owns and operates salt water disposal wells and facilities strategically located in North Dakota in the Bakken shale play in the Williston Basin area. Typically, oil and gas wells in the area produce significant amounts of water that, in most cases, requires disposal. Many of these wells produce flowback initially at the time of completion and then produced water for the life of the oil and gas well. Producers often transport the water in trucks to licensed class II salt water disposal facilities. Cypress Energy Partners LLC, plans to offer oil and gas producers excellent salt water disposal wells and facilities located strategically in the Williston Basin and Bakken Shale plays. Our salt water disposal facilities are open 24/7 and staffed by knowledgeable trained attendants in compliance with ever changing rules, laws, and regulations to serve our customers.
