CYPRESS ENERGY PARTNERS Acquires Salt Water Disposal Wells From Moxie Disposal Systems

CYPRESS ENERGY PARTNERS, LLC ACQUIRES FOUR SALT WATER DISPOSAL WELLS FROM MOXIE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS, LLC IN THE PERMIAN BASIN IN TX AND BAKKEN REGION OF ND

TULSA, OK and Canadian, TX — (December 3, 2012) — Cypress Energy Partners, LLC, a recently formed startup company, today announced the acquisition of four salt water disposal wells from Moxie Disposal Systems, LLC. Two of the properties are located in the Bakken region of North Dakota near Williston, ND and Stanley, ND. Two additional properties are located in the Permian basin in Texas near Pecos and Orla, TX. The recently completed facilities are tier 1 newly constructed facilities that are class II licensed salt water disposal wells serving the oil and gas industry. The new facilities opened in the last several months and are constructed to the highest industry standards to comply with all rules, laws, and regulations designed to protect the environment.

Cypress Energy Partners, LLC was formed in the spring of 2012 to provide water and environmental services and solutions to the oil and gas industry utilizing best practices focused on protecting the environment and serving oil and gas producers.
